Quality Inspection

The parts used in machine production are all processed by Ritec's workshop. Ritec has set up a professional quality inspection team to inspect all processed parts one by one. The company has a variety of testing equipment, including laser interferometers, balancers, and tool setting instruments. After each machine is assembled, it is strictly required to carry out no-load running test, load running test, geometric accuracy inspection and working accuracy inspection.

  • Guide Rail Inspection

  • Tool Setting Instrument

Manufacturing Process

  • Selection of Raw Materials

  • Welding

Pre-delivery Inspection
